The metro area’s newest retail outlet center, set to open in September, on Tuesday unveiled an initial roster of tenants for the 330,000-square-foot Denver Premium Outlets in Thornton.
Sneakers? Nike Factory Store will have them. Handbags? Visit Kate Spade New York. Dapper duds? Those can be found at the Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store.
Simon Property Group, which is building the outlet mall at Interstate 25 and 136th Avenue, said in its announcement Tuesday that early commitments to Denver Premium Outlets also include Michael Kors, Coach, Armani Exchange, American Eagle Outfitters, Skechers, Banana Republic, Cole Haan, Johnston & Murphy and Converse, among others.
The project, which broke ground last fall, is expected to attract around 80 tenants when it is fully built. It will provide a new destination for outlet store lovers, filling a lengthy distance between large outlet malls to the north and south on the I-25 corridor — the Outlets at Castle Rock and the Outlets at Loveland.
